Does the Bank of Greece and its idle, highly-paid directors conduct any audits, or are they simply sleeping on the job... or ignoring it altogether?
A banker is simultaneously a member and shareholder in a consulting firm. For a loan to be approved for a business, a business plan must be prepared. Before the company submits its documents to enter into a loan agreement, the banker sends the prospective client to said firm to draft the business plan. By coincidence, the banker is also a shareholder in the consulting company. A lot is being said. and revelations from BN are on the way.
Do the majority shareholders know about these tricks? Does the Bank of Greece and its idle, highly-paid Bank of Greece directors conduct any audits, or are they simply sleeping on the job... or ignoring it altogether?
